Terms of Use
Welcome to Ita Wall Studio ("the site"). The site is built and maintained by an independent developer, Yunpojun (云坡君), and is provided free of charge. By using the site you agree to these terms. Before using the share feature, please make sure you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
The site is a browser tool for building 3D anime ita walls: you can upload images, arrange items, take screenshots, export files and create share links for others to view. Your work is stored only in your own browser by default.
2. Content you upload
- You are responsible for what you upload and must have the right to use those images and text. Copyright in anime characters, merch photos and similar material usually belongs to the original creators or rights holders. The site only provides the building tool and claims no rights over your uploads.
- You keep the rights to your wall. By clicking share, you allow the site to store and display that wall in order to provide the share feature, and you allow anyone with the link to view it and make a copy to remix (the copy is stored only in their browser).
- Share links are public to anyone who has them. Do not upload private information about yourself or others.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use the site to upload or share the following, or to do the following:
- Content that breaks the laws of the People's Republic of China or of the place where you live;
- Pornographic or vulgar content, any sexualized content involving minors, or gory, violent or terrorist content;
- Content that infringes others' copyright, image rights, reputation or privacy, including posting other people's photos or personal information without consent;
- Abuse, harassment, discrimination or hate speech, advertising, scams or spam;
- Using scripts to send bulk requests, inflate numbers, attack the site, bypass rate limits or verification, or attempting to break into the site.
If you find rule-breaking content, tap ⚑ Report at the top right of the shared wall, or email 58139752@qq.com. Rights holders who believe a wall infringes their rights should include the wall link and proof of ownership in the email; I will remove it promptly after checking.
The site may remove rule-breaking content without notice and may stop the related email or network address from using the share feature.
4. Accounts, quotas, gallery and points
- Sharing, remixing other people's walls and liking require an account. Sign up with your own email and keep your password safe; do not use mass-registered accounts to farm invites, likes or points.
- To keep server costs under control, each account can share 5 times and remix (copy someone else's wall to edit) 5 times for free every week; the same wall only counts once. When a friend signs up with your invite, you each get 3 shares + 3 remixes, used after your weekly free ones.
- Walls you publish to the gallery are public: other users can view and like them and make a copy to use as a template. You can remove or delete them at any time in your account.
- Points come from starter tasks, likes you receive, remixes of your walls, and tips. Points can only be spent in the site's Points shop on badge finishes, official templates and extra shares / loads. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged back for money. Finishes and templates you redeem stay available while your account exists and the site is running; redeemed shares and loads last until used. If cheating such as fake likes or sock-puppet accounts is found, the author may deduct points, take back redeemed items or suspend accounts.
- Tips are entirely voluntary. A tip is credited to your account as 1 CNY = 10 points: put your account email in the payment note and the author will process it within 7 working days (if anything goes wrong, email 58139752@qq.com). Points from tips are generally non-refundable, no specific processing time or continued availability of the service is guaranteed, and deleting your account clears your points.
- The quota and points rules may change with server costs; changes will be explained on the site.
5. Disclaimer
- The site is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Walls saved in your browser can be lost when browser data is cleared; please back up important walls with "Export file".
- The site may change, suspend or stop some or all of its services for maintenance, cost or other reasons. Before stopping the share service, I will try to give advance notice on the site.
- To the extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for indirect losses arising from using or being unable to use it.
6. Intellectual property and no copying
- The site's UI design (page layout, visual style, color scheme, icon and component styles, interactions), source code and code structure, original 3D models and materials, style presets, demo walls and site text are copyright of the author, Yunpojun. All rights reserved.
- The source code is public on GitHub for viewing and learning only; this is not an open-source license. Without the author's written permission, no person or organization may:
- Copy, modify or republish the site's source code or any substantial part of it;
- Copy or closely imitate the site's overall UI design, interactions and code structure to make the same or a similar website, mini program or app;
- Redeploy or republish the site's code or design, or use it for any commercial purpose;
- Remove or change the site's author attribution and copyright notices.
- To republish, collaborate or build on the site, please email 58139752@qq.com for permission first.
- The walls you make with the site belong to you (see section 2). This section does not limit you from sharing, screenshotting or showing your own walls.
- The author reserves the right to take legal action against copying or infringement.
7. Open source and third parties
The site uses open-source projects including three.js (MIT), Lucide (ISC), Cropper.js (MIT) and @imgly/background-removal (AGPL-3.0, loaded unmodified from a CDN), and relies on Cloudflare for hosting and verification. These third-party components are covered by their own licenses and are not restricted by section 6.
8. Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top will be updated; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms. For any questions, email 58139752@qq.com.
This English version is a translation of the Chinese version. If they differ, the Chinese version prevails.
